Located in the luxurious Waldorf Astoria hotel, discover with me the best Tea Time in Las Vegas!
After years of living in Las Vegas, I finally decided with friends to experience Tea Time in Las Vegas, and more precisely at the Waldorf Astoria.
A luxury hotel in Las Vegas
Located between the Aria hotel and the cosmopolitan las vegas, this luxurious hotel is one of the few hotels on the Strip that does not have a casino. In effect, even if the machines are sous and the young are one of the main activities of the city, the hotel can have an aisée clientèle who souhaite passer un sejour au calme, bien loin des tumultes de Vegas, tout est étant au center de toutes the follies
This is one of my favorite places to have a quiet drink, especially the 23rd floor bar and its view of the Strip. But to get there you have to go through a large room where the famous Tea Time takes place in the afternoon.
A true English tea time!
With a selection of the best teas in the world, the Waldorf Astoria provided me with a magical and relaxing experience.
For a flat price of approximately $69 (before tax and tips), experience Tea Time with the added bonus of a sublime view of the Strip, as you can see in my photo below.
The menu is a fixed menu (unless you specify intolerances) and everything will be offered and served to you at the same time:
- A selection of freshly brewed loose leaf teas (over 15 flavors to choose from)
- tea sandwiches
- rose brioche
- Local smoked salmon brioche
- Brioche Cream cheese with lemon and capers
- Elemental Gouge | Egg Cream
- Truffle Cream Cheese Sandwich
- Ham sandwich
- mustard pickle aioli sandwich
- multigrain bread
- Freshly baked signature scones
- tea desserts
- Peppermint Marshmallow Cake
- pear mousse cake
- Chocolate Butter Cake | Chestnut cream | black currant jam
- blueberry macaroons
This menu is the menu I tried during my visit, obviously it can change at any time!
An unlimited choice of Mimosas!
For less than $30 more, enjoy the “bottomless mimosa” option, which means you can order as many as you like! (The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health)
Some points to improve
Indeed, although for me the experience was perfect, there are two points to improve perhaps:
- Duration: Difficult to stay more than 2 hours on the site, because you have to leave the table for the next clients
- The cakes were too sweet for my taste.
Experience to try alone, as a couple, as a family or with friends if you live or pass through Las Vegas. It is essential to book in advance, personally I had to book 2 weeks before. Okay stay in the United States !
